Go to manage the reservation and enter the last name of the passengers together with the six-digit reservation reference.
The reservation panel appeared on the next page, click on your flight and choose the button "cancel my flight".
You will be redirected to etihad's flight ticket cancellation policy and other related terms and conditions. Then click Yes and agree to continue.
