Signs of San Antonio is pleased to announce it has acquired a new UV flatbed printer to add to its growing list of sign-making equipment. Combining revolutionary technology, industry leading quality and outstanding speeds, this state-of-the-art machine brings Signs of San Antonio to the forefront of sign production.
With this addition, Signs of SA now has the ability to print direct-to-substrate (i.e. no more need to print to adhesive media) on a multitude of various sign substrates, up to four inches thick, and 4’x8’ in size.
With its LED curing technology and multiple print heads, 4’x8’ panels can be printed in as little as three minutes. And its UV lights set the ink instantly, so signs are dry and ready as soon as they come off the printer.
With the elimination of the need to print to media – and the labor required to apply it – sign manufacturing costs are driven even further down. And these reductions in production costs are passed onto the customers in the form of even lower sign prices.
From political and yard signs to commercial real estate panels to storefront signs, the new UV flatbed printer represents a significant achievement in what Signs of San Antonio can offer for its customers.
