MBA in HR or EMBA in HR?

People often think that an executive MBA or EMBA is better than MBA and even mostly favoured by employers. Nothing could be far from the truth. Actually, the two programs, though have the core curriculum same, are different as they target different needs. A full-time MBA is pursued only by full-time students only. Whereas the EMBA program is basically designed for working professionals only and many colleges have a parameter of work experience of the students set. Whereas a full-time MBA is basically for full-time students alone and requires on-campus study. It also requires attending workshops or industry visits, internships.
