Michael Greenberg will be the new chief revenue officer of ThoughtFocus, Inc. ("ThoughtFocus" or the "Company"), a global provider of digital services and technology-enabled digital operations with a primary focus on the financial services end market, starting on December 1, 2022. Michael is in charge of all global strategy, execution, and revenue growth. He will be responsible for leading ThoughtFocus' industry-specific verticals and ensuring that the sales, customer success, marketing, and delivery divisions operate in unison to carry out the company's strategy and growth ambitions.
Michael is the co-successor founder's and reports to Shylesh Krishnan, who just assumed the role of ThoughtFocus CEO.

Michael has 20 years of expertise in managing and expanding multinational enterprise clients and creating effective teams for sales, marketing, and vertical growth. Michael served as the COO of a worldwide Fintech company before joining ThoughtFocus. Prior to that, he served as Endava's EVP for North America and co-led the global BFSI industry. He played a key role in implementing a number of international strategic expansion initiatives with great success and achieving outsized revenue growth. Michael oversaw the sales, operations, and technology for a group of critical accounts at Globant prior to joining Endava, where he routinely attained double-digit revenue growth.
