("ThoughtFocus" or the "Company") announces the appointment of Shylesh Krishnan, co-founder and chief revenue officer of ThoughtFocus, as its new chief executive officer (CEO), effective January 1, 2023. ThoughtFocus provides digital services and technology-enabled digital operations across all industries, including financial services, payments, fintech, capital markets, and manufacturing.
Suman Atreya, a co-founder who will continue to serve as Executive Chairman of the Board of ThoughtFocus and actively participate in determining the strategic direction of the Company, is succeeded by Krishnan.

Krishnan developed his skills prior to joining ThoughtFocus in significant roles at top technology companies like HCL Tech and Hewlett Packard.
