Suman Atreya, a co-founder who will continue to serve as Executive Chairman of the Board of ThoughtFocus and actively participate in determining the strategic direction of the Company, is succeeded by Krishnan.
Krishnan developed his skills prior to joining ThoughtFocus in significant roles at top technology companies like HCL Tech and Hewlett Packard.

Following a growth investment, H.I.G. Money ("H.I.G."), a renowned international alternative investment firm with $53 billion of equity capital under management, made the recent hire. The growth of ThoughtFocus as a market leader in digital services will be accelerated by this investment, both organically and through acquisitions.
