In 1998 Ruben A. Hernandez held a flagship programme, first seminar where IPA was started. IPA is all about a seminar which trains it participants to use their words and body language for an amazing presentation. Because body language is an also key factor with your voice and words, which helps your viewers to understand quickly what you are presenting them. It teaches its participants to firstly make a note on structure of your thoughts and message and give it a form of story so that their listeners will find it clearer. The participants also going to learn how they are going to involve different culture in their message.

Powerful presentation -
IPA provides you two days of presentation skill training which is made for individual participation of each, where everyone is guided on their own topics so that they can make their presentation more powerful. In this workshop we work on many things of a presentation, whether it is about structure of it, or making content more thoughtful; or speaking convincingly, managing power point slides or about body language and many more. We used to keep these kinds of workshops for those who are trying to give business or scientific talks, and for those who are sales professionals, and also for TED talk speakers, and for them who generally hesitate in talking in public. And we bet after attending this seminar your public speaking skills will go on another level.

Storytelling –
During these two days of workshop, every individual is going to learn about developing his own story- based presentation. We will try to give you an idea about 6 to 10 variation of storylines and you have to make yours with best one out of these 10 storylines which will help you to engage more audience. Also your storylines must have a quality of being relevant and memorable. Use of numerous kind of thing in your storyline may make it more memorable. At ITA we are also having a two days workshop for advance training of participant. In these two days participants are going to design their own interactive training module. They are going to develop a clear training structure and number of activities for every stage of training cycle. At IPA we are going to have 1 day workshop for effective business writing, especially for non-native English speakers who need to write clear business communications.
