Types Of Hydraulic Press Structure

1. Three beams and four columns hydraulic presses are the most common types of structure used in large-scale free-forging hydraulic presses.
2. Integral frame hydraulic presses, in these types of presses the main frame is integrally welded or integrally cast.
3. Single-armed hydraulic press- This kind of structure is mainly used in small-scale straightening hydraulic presses or stamping hydraulic presses. The frame of the single-arm hydraulic press is designed to make their operation easy and convenient the parts of the press are made out of integral cast steel structure or steel plate welding structure. This simple structure of the press makes it easy to approach workpieces from all three directions.

To ensure that frame has sufficient strength and rigidity, sometimes the frame is made heavy. But there is a guarantee of the accuracy of stamping and calibration work of the machine, and improved efficiency.

4. EVA Forming hydraulic press- This hydraulic press has four column guide balance structure, single-stage or two-stage, the system of this press adopts a hydraulic device, even table pressure, electronic control system, and manual and semi-automatic circulation structure.
