I bought from Sriparvata builders as I was impressed with their creativity, understanding of my expectations and needs. Their team was professional, friendly and polite. Their architects met us whenever we had any doubt of updates to make in the plan.

The architects were listening to each of our ideas and giving their suggestions with patience. We wanted to build an eco-friendly house with solar panels, rainwater harvesting system, private garden, pool and gym in the house. However, while doing it , we did not want to lose the style and contemporary design of the house. The designers considered this request and made plans accordingly. We also shared our budget with them along with the duration within which we expect the house to be ready for possession.

The team considered each of our requests and presented a detailed and transparent plan, in terms of design, delivery time, costing, material used, etc. We were assured that the decision to join hands with Sri Parvata builders was perfect. We have no Sriparvata Builders Complaints.

However, we were not so confident about our dream house when we started looking for reliable builders in and around Bangalore. We met many builders, contractors in the city, some even from another state of the country. Every time we found something which did not convince us to invest in our dream house with them as a builder.
