Sensiple is an IT Consulting and Technology firm with its headquarters at Woodridge, New Jersey. It has its offshore wing at Siruseri,Chennai and provides services related to Digital, Enterprise, Infrastructure, CX and Testing.

 
G-Plus Adapter was not available for USD MS Dynamics. Sensiple visualized this gap and built Genesys IWS plugin for Ms Dynamics USD. Genesys IWS plug-in is an ideal tool for companies that would like to integrate Genesys Workspace Desktop Edition with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Unified Service Desk.
The plug-in can be easily configured and customized. It is a pre-packaged solution for displaying, creating and populating Microsoft Dynamics USD entities associated with Genesys Workspace Desktop Edition (WDE).
Some of the prominent features of Genesys CTI Adapter are as follows:
• Automated screen pop up of customer information from Unified Service Desk for Ms Dynamics CRM

• Case Transfer: Agent can have the ability to transfer the call to the next available agent with all contextual information about the customer.
