Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, 25 June 2019:
All the faculty members came in front again and conducted a event for its students to motivate them and perform well in the upcoming year. The teachers gathered here to motivated its students and draw attention to the need for more development and skills this noon.
After starting a few days in the mid-session, the faculty members of Shakuntala Vidyalaya conducted a special assemble on 6th of May, where many of the teachers made attempts to motivate their students for the coming challenges in the year. The teachers encouraged and energized with planning and execution of scholastic and co-scholastic areas of school education. We make them realize the need to develop new skills, improve their personalities in the positive manner and prepare their mindsets for the upcoming new challenges this year.
To keep up and enhance the academic performance further Shri Gajindra Bhoi, Principal, Sharda Vidyalaya, Risali conducted a five-day Inhouse training session in-line with CBSE's latest guidelines on various topics starting with a video on "The last lecture" by Randy Pausch, followed by "Who moved my cheese" by Dr. Spencer Johnson. Also, he highlighted the changes in CBSE curriculum, classroom management, career guidance to cite few of his sessions with around 230 faculty members.
The priority of the event is to encourage the interests of the students. The gathering gave a positive vibe by supporting each one of the students and faculty members. The event was conducted in the school campus to ensure that all students have the mindset or prepare their mindsets for new challenges.
