We offer expert on-site cleaning for a variety of rug types, specializing in antique and handmade oriental rugs. You can drop your carpet off at our Durham store or arrange for it to be picked up. Our cleaning service employs the highly efficient Auserelian System. Using our intensive and effective Five-step Process, rugs are thoroughly dusted, washed in cold water with a shampoo specially formulated for oriental rugs, squeegeed, dried, and combed–all done by hand, and with no harsh chemicals.
