For companies looking to certify six or more employees, I offer a 5% per person discount. I am also available to teach on site. For food service professionals that have certified previously and feel comfortable with not needing a class review, they have the option of just sitting just for the exam.
Deb McLean is dedicated and passionate about food safety with over 40 years’ experience working with the food industry. She is a dietitian that has worked with high risk clients, so food safety compliance is a must. Deb's goal is to provide education to anyone interested in food safety, ensuring knowledge to decrease risk of sickness and death from food-borne illness.

I encourage allowing enough time to read the FDA Food Code Food Safety for Managers text book, along with doing available sample quizzes (made available on my web site) prior to exam day.

ServSafe Allergens™ is an online, interactive course driving home critical information your employees need to accommodate guests with food allergies. The course covers identifying allergens, communication, preventing cross-contact, food labels and more.
ServSafe Alcohol® is accepted in all 50 states and is ideal for companies that have locations in multiple states. It can be taken online, but the exam must be proctored in person for an additional fee.
