The venue welcomed guests with mascots, stilt walkers, and other performers, inviting them to take photos in front of unique photo zones. A 360-spinner and a photo booth were installed to create a special atmosphere, instantly providing guests with their photos and videos.
One of the event's main highlights was a podcast studio, where attendees could record interviews and receive branded video materials ready for immediate posting on social media. Instant photos taken by our photographer were also available for download via a mobile app.
The exhibition featured 18 booths where service providers were showcased, ranging from equipment rentals and team-building organizers to mascot creators and 3D cake designers. Guests had the opportunity to create their own scent or learn the secret behind the festival's signature fragrance.
Equally popular were consultations with an astrologer, a caricature artist, the creation of digital avatars, and the latest issue of MICE&MORE magazine, which guests received fresh off the press.
A special attraction was the event maze — a speed-dating format for 30 participants, where they presented their services to 150 potential clients in just three minutes. This was one of the most dynamic and intense parts of the program, facilitated by Alyona Sader.
The stage show featured a variety of performers, including jugglers, beatboxers, pop and opera singers. The stage also hosted a cover band and a magician. The show was hosted by Alen Hit.
The day ended with the networking event "IntroduceMe," where artificial intelligence helped create business connections based on keywords, offering each participant collaboration opportunities. Over 30,000 potential connections were made during the event. This part of the event was hosted by Ibrahim Sharara.
For those who couldn’t attend EventMania, a live video stream was organized (the recording is available on our channel). All festival participants received stylish sunglasses from FreshMedia.
