Aishwaryam Phase 1, a Senior Citizen Housing has been completed with 54 cottage, almost 80% cottages are occupied, with all facilities such as living area fitted with a sofa set and LCD television with a satellite connection. The Senior citizen pantry contains a microwave, a fridge and a small pers­onal dining table. The bedrooms come fitted with double beds and cupboards. The ready-to-move-in cottage ens­ures that occupants can simply move in there with a single suitcase of their personal belongings.
The housing project consists of a 6-acre plot with a villa type homes nicely arranged around the central kitchen, club house, swimming pool complex.
