2.Enable USB debugging on your Galaxy device.
Go with the following steps to set your device into USB debugging mode.
For Android 2.3 or earlier: Enter “Settings”< Click “Applications” < Check “USB debugging”
For Android 3.0 to 4.1: Enter “Settings” < Click “Developer options” < Check “USB debugging”
For Android 4.2 or newer: Enter “Settings” < Click “About Phone” < Tap “Build number” for several times until getting a note “You are under developer mode” < Back to “Settings” < Click “Developer options” < Check “USB debugging”.

3.Analyze data on Galaxy device.
After you get the USB debugging down, the program will connect your device, and click “Start” button to analyze the data on your device.

Note: To ensure a complete scan, please make sure that the battery is more than 20% before starting.

4.Scan Samsung Galaxy data.
When your device is successfully detected, click “Start” to scan it. Do not disconnect your device during the scan, or the scan will fail.

5.Preview and recover deleted contacts from Samsung Galaxy.
When the scan is finished, all the recoverable data will be listed in the left pane by categories.
