[LONDON, 05/04/2015] – LHA London, a top residential accommodation provider in England, opens up its 13th site – the Torquay House. This North West London-based place has 12 floors, 143 rooms and 11 kitchens to offer. The new site is a great home for students and young working people as it comes with numerous features that can make their stay in the capital city worthwhile.

The Torquay House has a great gym, a roof terrace, bike storage rooms and a study area, plus incredible views across London. BAFTAS Promo Guidelines

In line with this new site, LHA London presents the “Bring A Friend to Torquay House Accommodation Scheme” or BAFTAS to all current residents. By introducing someone to these brand new purpose-built studios, tenants will receive £50 credit to their accounts if their referrals stay for at least four weeks.
Each Torquay House self-contained studio is en-suite and available for £280 per week. For extra persons who will share room, an additional £30 shall be applied. Room booking confirmation requires a deposit of £300. Rooms shall include high speed (20mb) Wi-Fi, garden & roof terrace and laundry room.

The promo is only valid to tenants who reside in studios. This does not cover those who will just join current residents in their place as guests. The referred persons cannot be an existing resident at an LHA London site or someone who has been referred by someone before. Promo ends on 31st May or earlier.

Ensuring a Comfortable Stay

Single and studio rooms can be booked for either short or long terms. LHA London only asks 7 days’ departure notice for residents of long term bookings. Furthermore, the company assures that the brand-new site is safe and secure with 24-hour key card access, CCTV and a porter on duty through the night.
