Having problems logging in into your Citicard Account? If you happened to forget your User ID or Password follow these steps:

1. Click 'Forgot your User ID or Password' link which is located directly below the Password field.

2. If you are a Banking or Credit Card customer, you can type in your ATM/Debit or Credit Card Number in the text field. If you are a mortgage only customer or you don't have any cards with Citi enter your Email address in the Email address text box.

3. Click the `Continue` button to continue on with the process.

4. Follow the onscreen instructions to Continue.
