The company’s apprenticeship program allows students interested in mold making or craftsman careers the opportunity to develop important technical skills required to succeed in the industry, along with exposure to various machines and processes.

Apprentices will be exposed to shop utility work, blueprints, work safety, time management, welding, bench and polishing, cutting speeds and feeds, and the various related areas of instruction. Apprentices will have the opportunity to utilize lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, CAD systems, CNC machines, digital measuring instruments, and much more. In addition to learning processes and utilizing these machines successfully, Monroe Molds’ apprentices will gain exposure to the company culture, develop technical skills needed to excel in their career, and learn from mentors with over 15 years of experience.
