March 27, 2013 - Entrepreneurs interested in being located in the Business Incubator "Manuel Diaz Ruiz," Torrijos, who may benefit from a zero-cost rent for the first year, should know that the local council has open the first deadline for the submission of business projects. It starts next Monday April 1 and lasted until the 30th of the same month.

In this first phase, up to 5 projects selected entrepreneurs who need to use one of 19 professional offices available to the nursery, and on the other hand, by choosing a sixth project in this case, specify one of the four industrial located in this building.

After the deadline, between 1 and 15 May, the Selection Committee will meet and baremará these projects according to the Regulations and Rules adopted at the last regular full.

The intent of the session is to convene a second phase project presentation between 1 and June 30, which will be offered other seven additional offices (always in the case have been filled the top 5) and another 2 more ships .
Priority will be given to business projects related to New Technologies of Information and / or those who are committed to the R & D & I (Research, Development and Innovation).

One of the requirements to apply to settle in the Business Incubator "Manuel Diaz Ruiz" is that the business is started as much a year ago. The contract duration is 3 years, which may be extended one more exceptionally. During the first rental will be free, from the second year, the cost of using an office range between 160 and 200 euros, the price varying depending on the meters occupied, and the use of a ship, the cost will be between 600 and 900 euros, having to add in all cases the common expenses. It must also report that if companies would leave before the end of the first or the second year, it would need to be paid for the first.

The Business Incubator is built on an area of ??2,250 m2, located on two floors. It is located in the Industrial Park "The Watchtower", from which is accessed by motorway to virtually anywhere in the country.
