This year, on the occasion of Teachers’ Day, the leading live music performing band, Dhwani paid rich musical tributes to the vibrant teaching community in the city by performing exclusively for them at the GD Birla Sabhaghar. Academicians from almost all the reputed city-based schools attended the musical show dedicated to teachers with love.
Apart from being a purely fun-filled evening, teachers from famous schools lit up the evening as the real stars of our lives were seated in the audience and the performers on stage sang melodiously from their hearts to express immense gratitude for their dedication and perseverance in shaping up the lives of students. The show was a rocking success and a small token of heartfelt appreciation from the Dhwani Team to inspirational teachers who nurture young, impressionable minds with unconditional love and support year after year. Their role in shaping up the bright future of India deserves genuine thanksgiving.
Teachers from well-known city-based schools such as Mahadevi Birla World Academy, Sri Sri Academy, Sri Shikshayatan School, St James School, St Paul’s Mission School, St Xavier’s Collegiate School, The BSS school, The Frank Anthony Public School, Modern High School, Welland Gouldsmith School, Young Horizon’s School, Abhinav Bharti High School, Birla High School, Loreto Convent, Loreto Day School, Albany High School and many more participated in the mega-musical event that impressed them with Dhwani’s excellent homework in music. Their gracious presence was fulfilling in more ways than one. Many teachers were overjoyed with the scintillating performance of the leading music group.
Memorable songs were belted out in typical Dhwani style – lilting numbers sung straight from the heart touched so many hearts. In the busy lives, there is hardly any time to think about teachers and the role they play. Dhwani came forward to make this Teachers’ Day a musically enriched event to remember – dedicated to teachers. The representation of various schools was acknowledged with certificates of participation mentioning how the teachers rocked with Dhwani at the Masti Ki Pathshala. Teachers were thrilled to pose for the cameras and deeply touched with the warm and enthusiastic show organised for them.
For Dhwani, Teachers’ Day event was another milestone event right in the city of their origin after the mega show held in Uganda. It keeps alive the tradition of being relevant to all kinds of audiences from all age groups and bringing music closer to more lives, touching the right chords to build a musical relationship that lasts forever. All the teachers who turned up for the show have become devoted fans of the music group that was the first to come up with the innovative idea to do something nice for teachers.
