Business reports are an essential part in dealing with companies that show the characteristics and features about company products. Marketing strategies like campaigns, advertising, etc. will increase sales and benefit company.

 
For benefiting business it is very important to have good representation of reports that interest readers. Report is a written representation of detailed information of company’s different aspects like tender rates, share rates and so on. A good report contains effective information that is accurate, concise, logically correct and well organized output. Writing good report require some guidelines to be correct like it should be correctly formatted, correct style, size, etc. Report uses some specific words like how, when, why, where, which, etc to make it readable.

Special business reports structure must include title cover, content table, summary, introduction, main body section and conclusion. In title cover, it includes report title, writer name, name of organization, person name to which the report is submitted, etc. is required. In content table, it includes name of topics and their page number, sub topics, contents, bibliography, references, etc. to get through report quickly and easily. In summary section, short summary has to be written to know about reports like on what it is made and features, etc. basically it gives brief introduction about report. In method section, report contains description of tools and methods for achieving the task. In introduction section, it describes the scope and focus on main things. In this, it includes basically charts, diagrams, and tables for effective information.

In main body section, detailed advantage sales and marketing strategies has been provided about the report. Precise words tell the nature of reports and through features, headings, flowcharts, etc. In this section correct use of punctuations, grammar, spelling is required. In conclusion section, it provides logical output of report presentation and it should be very short. In reference section, it consists of book name, author name from which it has taken help and the name should be arranged in chronological order followed by publication date and title. Last in appendix section, product details, questions, etc are provided to get to know more and it is written at the end of the report. Thus, report writing is an art and has to be correctly and orderly written.

Before writing a report, people must write rough report so that if any changes required can be done correctly and in mean time. Always use correct tenses, spellings, apostrophes when required, capital letters, etc. for effectiveness.

It is important to make business profitable so it requires some marketing strategies. Best strategy for increasing sale, make website and put it on internet by posting products thereby it will boost marketing sale. In making website make sure that website looks attractive, user friendly so that customer will come more. In that website, ask for product review from viewer which helps company in making product more efficiently and effectively and in low rate. Company can also add product details individually thereby customers will attract more and will show interest in taking the product. Company can also increase their sale through event campaigns which benefit them more.
