Nancy Delgado has more than 24 years of experience in the Administrative and Operations field. Throughout her tenure, she has worked for many mid to big tier organizations, handling their accounting, administrative, and operations department.

She started her career as an Office Assistant, then as a Tax Paralegal. Later, she worked as a full time administrative and operations support for the members of senior management of $2 billion dollar Multinational Corporation.

Nancy Delgado then worked as the Executive Assistant to the acting CEO. There she -

•Arranged meetings and distributed materials to the investment bankers, attorneys and potential purchasers of assets
•Coordinated interaction and scheduled meetings with the bank and unsecured creditors committees
•Significant vendor interaction in connection with the Chapter 11 filing
•Payment monitoring
•Payment agreements documentation
•Monitoring/facilitating communication with key vendors
•Distributing various Warnaco performance monitoring reports to creditors’ committees and their advisors

She has also handled accounting duties of many firms and also prepared Monthly Management Reports.

She holds a Bachelor of Science from the New York University, Stern School of Business. She also has a Major in Finance and International Business. Nancy holds a Paralegal Studies Certification from New York University, School of Continuing Education. Nancy Delgado is bilingual, apart from English; she is fluent in Spanish. She has also been appointed as a notary of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
