Yes, says French writer Laurent Moujon, whose earlier books covered Bordeaux wine pairings with Chinese and Japanese cuisines. His newest book on Indian food and Bordeaux wines covers recipes from superstar Indian chefs based in India and abroad, from Sriram Aylur (Michelin-starred Quilon, London) to Cyrus Todiwala (Café Spice Namaste, London), Akshay Bharadwaj (Michelin-starred Junoon, New York) and our own Sanjeev Kapoor and Manjit Gill, amonf many others.
