Ok, so let's get this straight. You're still allowed to eat the main parts of your meals. Just add 1 of those to it.

Next, use apples as snacks. Why apples? They have 5 grams of pectin... a fiber, in them. So if you were to snack on 3 apples a day, that's an easy 15 grams of fiber. Combined that with say 1 can of black beans (25 grams of fiber), and you got yourself 40 easy grams of fiber. Plenty to help clear out your digestive tract for some real weight loss.
