Injection Rubber Moulding for Swift Production

Mypol is a leading rubber manufacturing company that provides high-end tyres. The company is striving to use the latest technology to set industry benchmarks.

New Delhi, June 11, 2018/ PRNewswire/- Mypol is doing excellent in emanating injection rubber parts although this process is more labyrinthine than transfer moulding.

“We are proud to assert that we are working as a peerless manufacturing unit to turn out top-notch moulding rubber parts,” said the owner of Mypol.

They use a screw feeder system to thrust uncured rubber into a machine. The screw feeder takes the exact amount of material to produce the desired number of units. To cascade rubber into a heated barrel, a hopper is used, and then the material is dribbled into a heated chamber by a screw-type plunger. Later on the preheated material flows through a gate to fill the desired cavities evenly to get solidified. Once the material reaches to a cured state, moulds open and rubber parts are removed.

They use injection moulding process as it helps bring out rubber parts more quickly than transfer moulding. According to Mypol, this process helps produce rubber shapes with little waste.

“Though this process has several benefits, it has a few drawbacks as well,” said Mypol team. “It causes a small fortune as compared to other moulding processes.”

Mypol team is always wary of injection speed and material amount to avoid the issues such as flash, non-fill, foreign particles, void and warping that they face during the manufacturing of injection rubber parts.
