The latest official OSRS Fremennik Exiles blog has revealed some new information on this upcoming quest. The completion of The Fremennik Exiles quest will unlock the access to the dungeon on the Island of Stone, and offer the chance of a new Neitiznot Faceguard helm.

Access to new dungeon on the Island of Stone

After completing The Fremennik Exiles quest, you will have access to the Island of Stone. The Island of Stone OSRS will have a new dungeon containing dagannoths, basilisks and basilisk knights.
The dagannoths: split across 3 rooms which are multicombat (cannons allowed).
The basilisks: split across 2 rooms which are singleway combat (no cannons allowed).
The basilisk knights: split across 2 rooms which are singleway combat (no cannons allowed). They may drop a unique item called the basilisk jaw, which can be used to make a Neitiznot Faceguard OSRS.


Neitiznot Faceguard: helm for Fremennik Exiles


A new helm called Neitiznot Faceguard is proposed as one of the rewards for the upcoming OSRS Fremennik Exiles quest. OSRS Neitiznot Faceguard is the Helm of Neitiznot combined with the basilisk jaw. After completing The Fremennik Exiles quest, there is a chance to obtain the jaw of a basilisk knight from the basilisk knights. The untradeable Neitiznot Faceguard will require the completion of The Fremennik Exiles and 70 Defence to wear.
