Phil Lovin is a well-accomplished professional who has proved his proficiency in a wide range of domains. For the past three years, he has worked with REAP NYC as the Chief Chaplin and Volunteer Coordinator. His experience also includes working with people in addiction recovery and ministry; & serving as a missionary in Kenya & Philippines. Apart from that, he has a work history in business, and has also worked in executive management in a retail company.
Phil Lovin is a devout Christian who believes in helping the poor and the needy. Being an animal lover, he has also been working in the field of animal advocacy from the past many years. Usually, when he isn’t working, he likes to cook, go on hiking, travel, and explore various historical areas. He is also very fond of collecting handmade art from the mountains, reading about & visiting sites related to the American Revolution.

Phil Lovin has worked with REAP NYC for the last 3 years as the Chief Chaplin and Volunteer Coordinator. Talking about his educational background, Phil has a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degree in Psychology. He also has a doctorate degree in theology and in ministry (seminary). In addition to that, he has received special education in counseling as well.
He is quite passionate about helping others overcome addiction and put their lives back on track. In that order, he volunteers for a number of organizations in NYC that share the same vision. He loves to cook and go hiking with his friends. Whenever he gets some time away from work, Phil prefers spending it exploring historical places.
