Tsutsumi IMPACIII TS-711 It controller supports registration of up-to 31 soldering conditions that diagnosis the length & edge of the wire, blockage of solder, temperature of soldering iron tip and other things. It performs soldering operation on fixed solder length “0 to 99.9mm or 0 to 999 mm” by setting the solder feeding speed from 0 to 99.9mm/sec. If any problem comes during soldering process, the Tsutsumi IMPACIII TS-711 controller stops the operation and sends an error message to the output device about operation failure.
