For Georgetown marijuana dispensaries there were also new packaging and labeling regulations regarding concentrates that needed to be adhered to. The state is working on promulgating new statutory and regulatory requirements for the packaging and labeling of marijuana concentrates for medical and retail use, with changes taking effect this year. Further, Georgetown marijuana dispensaries need to check patients forms from their doctor should a patient try and purchase more than the statutory limit.

This means that after January 1, 2022, outdoor cultivators could file a contingency plan with the state detailing actions they would take in the event of adverse weather, which could be hail, wind, excessive moisture, fire, flood, tornado, drought or earthquake.”
