There is also a provision for cancellation of an Agreement within 3 working days whereby the credit card processing services will be stopped. If credit card has been processed, the MyLife.com refund will be made within 10 days.

In case one fails to avail the services because of death or physical disability, then My Life refunds will be made of the balance membership amount. If disability is proved to be of more than six months, the membership amount can be further extended.

Members that pay for premium subscriptions using PayPal and other online payment options need to be more careful. Once auto-renewal has been disabled by My Life Customer Care representatives, it is necessary to contact PayPal personally and make the changes to the service payment to discontinue transferring money from the particular account.
