A lovely explosion of delightful fruity flavours from a superb blend of finest fruits. APIS India proudly presents our selection of fruit blast jams, ranging from mixed fruit, mango, and pineapple jams, all of which may be rolled between the Classic Indian bread, Chapatti, or used as a dressing for desserts. Begin your mornings with a fruity blast that will keep you nourished throughout the day!

1. Make an Apis jam smoothens by combining your favourite jam, milk, fresh fruit, and yoghurt in a blender.

2. Spread marmalade and cream cheese on crackers and serve.

3. Add a spoonful of jam on top of any boring original cheesecake to liven it up.

4. Spread it between the cake layers to create a fruity layered cake.

5. Gently reheat it up and thicken it with jam (apple or peach jam works best) before pouring it over ice cream for a special treat.

6. Improve Boring Veggies - Have you ever used jam or marmalade to mask the bitter flavours of broccoli or Brussels sprouts? This is very excellent for children who are unable to tolerate the flavour of certain veggies or as a gourmet appetiser for a party. Lightly sauté the broccoli or sprouts then coat them with jam, a little caramelised onion, and/or chopped Chicken/Paneer (optional) and the platter will be licked clean.

7. I served some jam with cut up local fruit; it was simple but excellent.

8. Sprinkle it on your cereal- Serve a glob of jam in a bowl of oatmeal for a cosy snack; it's an excellent food to eat before going to bed.

9. Purchase plain yoghurt and top with APIS Mango jam for a tasty treat.

10. To make a unique and tasty cake topping, mix jam with the frosting.

11. In Salad Dressings- Adding a bit of sweetness to your vinaigrette can help balance it and make it sing. So, you combine a little olive oil and vinegar to make your vinaigrette dressing. But it's still drab! You add a few herbs, maybe some chilli flakes...still it's kind of meh. I recommend adding some jam to the pot to sweeten it up; it will lessen the acidity and tang of the vinegar and dramatically alter your boring old salad.

12. Use it as a basic topping for pancakes or waffles.

TIPS - Here's a fun little tip I discovered online. Put your jam in a saucepan over medium heat. Add a little water and continue to stir until you have a smooth, syrupy consistency. Now that you have this syrup, you may use it to make pancakes and crepes, vanilla ice cream, or a basic glaze for a plain cake. You may also totally melt store-bought ice cream and combine it with the syrup to create an entirely altered delicacy. Vanilla, of course, serves as a blank canvas, but you can experiment with any other flavour combinations. Allow your taste buds to drive you.
