The company’s intellectual property includes three registered trademarks in the U.S. and China and one United States Patent and Trademark Office design patent. Trademarks Saky Sacks®, Sakcessories® and Green Style on the Go® are all approved for use for goods and services in International Class 18 and U.S. Classes 1, 2, 3, 33 and 41.
