For nearly 20 years Mr. Onolfo has been recognized as a leader in identifying commercial market cycles on or close to the ideal cycles. In 2003 he divested of most of the assets based upon hearing lenders were providing up to 140% of the value of a residence. Yes, there were two more years to run, but he found himself well positioned in 2007-10 where his Refinancing of Resi Home Loans provided net returns at high opportunistic levels. The government stepping in with TIFF and TARP quickly eliminated consumer help and stabilized the major banks.

The entry into Hotels was first tied to Starwood Capital and an initiative to build a new brand tied to their Martinez property in Cannes. Building a brand of Global Hotels under the name INEZ with an initial ten were seeded by a $40 Million cornerstone investment by SH Hotel Branding Entity.

In 2012, Onolfo recognized full service hotels in the US were selling for 10-20% of replacement cost with NOI lower or negative he made his move. Now with over 20 Hotels in the pipeline and portfolio. Mr Onolfo was recognized today for achieving significant returns for his Institutional JV Investors. 2013 Master Investor Award for Opportunistic Hotels.

Mr. Clifton Onolfo is a resident of London and Miami. He is a major contributor to the Miami City Ballet where his wife and Author Cami Onolfo is a Trustee.
