One needs to have internet connection to gain access to the course materials with access to Adobe Flash Video Player and Adobe Reader. The training subjects are with Microsoft Word and Mac compatibility. The training is ended with the students appearing for a set of 40 multiple choice questions, and has to get a 75% to pass with the facility of getting two attempts to pass the exam. A retest fee of $95 is taken in case a student fails for two attempts. The students upon getting the pass marks are entitled to the certification of “Physique and Figure Training Specialist” or “PFTS”.
