FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Mississauga, ON - April 28, 2015 - It’s All Millennial is a community produced series that showcases Ontario’s leading experts and individuals from Generation-Y to discuss compelling issues, such as the needs, desires, struggles, and successes of the next generation of individuals.

Born between the early 1980s and the early 2000s, Millennials are a distinctly different generation to those previous due to the recent technological gains such as social networking and the Internet, as well as growing up after September 11th and the “Great Recession". How have these societal beliefs shaped how Millennials act and behave in today’s world? Is our generation different, or the same as other generations?

Ashley J. Kreze, MA, Host and Community Producer shares “It’s important that we talk about issues that are relevant to those in our community. I’ve found in my counselling and coaching practice that many people, even those born before or after Generation Y, are dealing with similar struggles. This show provides general information in a variety of topics. If you have concerns about yourself or your own circumstance consult a professional in your own community.”

Starting April 19th Watch It’s All Millennial Sundays at 1:00pm on Rogers TV, Cable 10 in Mississauga and Brampton.

Ms. Kreze founded Real Life Counselling in 2009, in Mississauga to help individuals work through their struggles, find their voice, and use their strengths. A head coach with LMI Canada, she works with Executives in businesses to enhance leadership development. Real Life Counselling opened with a second location in Bradford in 2011, and has now expanded with locations at Square One Mississauga, Etobicoke, and downtown Toronto. Real Life Counselling has also expanding to Vancouver, British Columbia.
