CombatCon is an annual conference held in Las Vegas, NV to foster more insights on various forms of martial arts, self-defense methodologies, stage and screen combat classes as well as writers panels. It provides a platform for the enthusiast, experts and the aspirant of combat techniques to meet and share their knowledge.

July 7th-10th this year COMBATCON will be held at the Westgate Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. The event will revolve around 200 classes, panels and presentations of Western martial arts classes in the areas like Rapier & Dragger, Longsword, Classical Fencing, Shield & Spear and non-conventional weapons. These classes will accommodate novices as well as experienced fighters from the United States and around the World.

The convention hosts eight different HEMA competitive events as well as demonstrations in a variety of martial arts and combat techniques. The event includes the chances to meet top vendors, dealing with related goods and services, the demonstration ring that will provide practical insights on various forms of combat methodologies, complementary fencing area for the participants to practice fencing as well as a Steampunk lounge to relax and socialize with each other.

In the opinion of the spokesperson of the event organizer, “The event will have over a thousand participants from different countries and with varied specialization and level of competence.
