A new crowd funding initiative is initiated by the volunteer cum film industry enthusiast, named, Iskander Abd-al-kerim. Iskander Abd-al-kerim is enthusiastic about making videos on sun-set and set sun-rise covering venues in Europe. He is seeking people who can pledge his site for dream projects. This campaign is highlighted in the web based platform of KickStarter. This initiative is called, “ONE YEAR of Time-lapse”

He has targeted a goal of pledge of £500. Out of the total target, he has achieved to gross an amount of £16.However, Iskander Abd-al-kerim who volunteers apart from making the film videos says “I will continue to volunteer regardless even if this Kickstarter is unsuccessful but I can really use your help in getting all the things I need together so that I can do a real good job. I would honestly love £10.000 so I can create the big projects.”

He notes a special thanks to all the people who have contributed to the projects till now. He says, “A special thanks to all the pledges as well as a digital photo album of on and around all the sets of the time-lapse videos. One of my 104 videos would be dedicated to the client. A post card from the location of the clients dedicated video. I will also dedicate a narrative short that he makes to the client.”

This would act as a memorandum to all those who have contributed money towards the cause of the filming industry.

Through the pounds grossed he wishes to by equipment for the filming the videos. He specially requires a power transformer to step up from 12v to 240v to keep the camera rolling, 64 GB SD card, portable 24000mAh. Iskander Abd-al-kerim also needs equipment like shoes and tent so that he can venture the Alps while to capture the filming while it’s still snowing. Through the website he urges the buyers to pledge for his dream project.
