MAS Accommodation notes that full or partial refunds for cancellations and amendments are not available unless pre-arranged and confirmed by the company in writing. Payments can be made through Visa or MasterCard. For Diners Club International and Amex, a 3.5% surcharge shall be incurred.

The payment for the lodging is different from the event itself. A single ticket costs just $150 for the members, while it’s $210 for non-members. For a Table of 10, it’s $1,350 for members and $2,000 for non-members. All participants are expected to wear business attire and to have registered by 11:30 a.m.
