Usual adult lisinopril dosage for sufferer has diabetic nephropathy. The initial dosage if consuming this drug is 10 until 20 mg once a day orally. The maintenance dose given is 20 up to 40 mg once a day orally. The dosage is also able to be titrated up every 3 days.

Usual Geriatric dosage for that is Hypertension. The initial dose to the patient is 2.5 up to 5 mg once a day orally. For maintenance dosages, the dosages are up warded at 2.5 up to 5 mg per day. The increments of dosage are given for intervals of 1 to 2 week. The max dose given for the patient is 40 mg per day.

Usual Pediatric lisinopril dosage for Hypertension is the initial dosage is 0.07 mg per day. The max initial dosage to be given is 5 mg. For the maintenance dosage it is have to be adjusted with the blood pressure reaction of the patient. The max dosage is 0.61 mg.

The dosage which is more than 0.61 have not been studied if it be used for pediatric patients. Renal dosage adjustment is CrCl 10 up to 30 ml per minute.
