In the wake of record inflation, higher disposal fees, and increased labor & gas costs, 678 Rid Junk, a Marietta-based junk removal company, is committed to maintaining its current rates rather than passing increased costs along to customers.

678 Rid Junk, a Marietta-based junk removal & disposal company, is announcing that its rates will not be changing despite industry-wide cost increases. In the wake of record inflation, higher disposal fees, and increased labor & gas costs, the junk removal industry has seen a surge in pricing for even small junk removal jobs.

Increased gas & labor costs, especially, have forced many the industry to pass increased costs along to customers in order to remain profitable and continue to grow in the midst of the economic downturn.

678 Rid Junk is a family owned and operated junk removal company based in Marietta. "We've been in the junk removal industry for over a decade. What we are seeing now with the recession is that customers are more price sensitive and it is hurting everybody. We are seeing all of our competitors, large and small companies, raising their prices significantly and I believe that is just not good for the customer" says Trip Gammage, CEO of 678 Rid Junk.

"We get a lot of repeat business simply because of the way we treat our customers. That is the most important thing to us and so we are committed to not raising our prices," he says.

Earlier this year 678 Rid Junk announced its new online booking service. Customers are able to schedule a junk removal appointment from their phone or computer in less than a minute.
