The Director of Operations is always tasked with the day-to-day administration and operation of the business. Highly focused on executing the company’s business plans, he/she determines the specifics needed to carry out the general plan.

Being the Director of Operations at Hampton Property Management in the Greater New York City area, Richard Bruno has to perform certain duties. The responsibilities vary considerably, such as –

•Arranging and overseeing business activities and affairs of companies
•In charge of overseeing the staff and assigning certain duties to specific individuals
•Helping the upper management in setting the goals that promote the company growth
•Providing advice and guidance to other employees
•Promoting and enforces safety in the workplace
•Managing stocks and inventory

During his free time, Richard Bruno likes to go for boating and loves listening to music. He is also a philanthropist and has done a lot of philanthropic work. He has donated to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which constituted of the childhood cancer survivors as well as a Heart Association.

He has acquired great expertise in this field and he is a licensed general contractor/property management. Not only this, he is also the Senior Loan Officer at Alliance Mortgage Capital and working there since January 2004. Apart from this, he has also coached youth Basketball and Baseball.
