One of them is the sought-after Chateau des Ferrages ‘Roumery’ Rosé 2013, which has a translucent salmon pink colour with watery hue and has a blend of raspberry, cherries and light pomegranate. The nose provides a scented profile of raspberry, ripe cherry and a hint of Turkish delight with some spicy musk-like end notes.

Another popular drink they offer is the regional trophy winner of the Decanter World Wine Awards: the Mayu ‘Reserva’ Malbec 2012. This displays a rose petal, violet, loganberry and white pepper aromas. It provides a taste of blackberries and an appetising spiced game finish.
