‘A heart-shaped bouquet comprising 300 red roses and costing Rs 12,000 sold off this morning. So did a life-size mix and match (roses and chocolates) decoration, costing the same. That’s to add to the regular ones, comprising 40 to 50 roses,” Agarwal said

“Given the high demand for roses this month, we have raised the price by Rs 10. The Taj variety (the one with longer stems and larger buds) brought from south India are good for decoration, and hence, doing well in terms of sale. But the smaller rose stems (Dutch), too, are selling thick and fast,” he said.
