Active Staffing Services Finalizes Acquisition of Complete Staffing Services

New York, New York (July 6, 2015) - Active Staffing Services, a leading provider of temporary staffing associates, entered into a binding agreement to acquire Complete Staffing Services, a full service staffing company specialized in helping companies find top talent to accommodate temporary, temp-to-hire, direct hire, pay rolling, and on-site staffing since 1974, to enhance its position in servicing existing loyal clients and generate new business growth in Texas.

The purchase of Complete Staffing Services, based in Houston Texas, further increases Active Staffing Service's share of the Industrial segment. "The combination of Complete Staffing Services with our proven reputation in the industry, the partnerships we hold, and the techniques we utilize to understand individual client needs will provide our present and new clients with qualified temporary staffing employees," said Elliot Elzweig, President of Active Staffing Services.
