Matthew Trim previously handled people management as Managing Director at Hospitality Group. He performed HR management for more than 70 employees where he worked to roster, handle staff shortages, and manage employee issues across a diverse workforce. He oversaw employee development through the provision of internal and external training. He focused on high levels of product knowledge across staff to drive sales.

Apart from people management, he designed, developed, and executed marketing strategies and campaigns across multi-channel digital and social media avenues that achieved brand visibility and recognition. Adding to his achievements, he successfully built trim hospitality from a start-up business to $5m within 3 years with significant and sustained increases to gross profit and EBITDA.

Matthew Trim successfully acquired and turned around poor performing businesses to become award winning restaurants. Pertaining to Hospitality Group, it included restaurants, bars, and pubs located around the North Adelaide and Norwood district, employing about 70 employees as a whole.

Formerly serving as Retail Operations Manager, Matthew was in charge of all retail locations' operations management, cost upkeep, rules and procedures, sales, IT marketing, management reporting, and HR. He oversaw the retail sales strategy and established a risk-managed, scalable, and cost-effective market approach that resulted in a more than 50% increase in sales.

Apart from Diploma of Property Management, Matthew Trim pursued Social Media training from Glam Digital. Earlier, Mathew completed a short course in Accounting for Small Business.
