Revolutionary features of the custom website redesign include the online Calendar, Staff Directory, News Center, Interactive Forms, and the e-Notify Alert Center. The East Greenbush Calendar highlights diverse community events and meetings, helping residents participate in local affairs. With the click of a button, citizens can also see when town facilities are closed, eliminating the need to pick up the phone and call the town staff seeking answers. The Interactive Forms app also can reduce phone calls and foot traffic to government offices, since it enables site visitors to fill out web forms IN browser—no PDF downloads or printed forms needed. Citizens can stay connected by signing up for e-Notify alerts, receiving emails and/or texts when web pages are updated. Real-time updates empower residents with the most accurate information on their municipality. The Staff Directory allows people to interact and connect with local government officials and staff, offering robust contact information. The News & Announcements Center spreads awareness and informs residents of relevant local news. Each web application is designed and integrated to create a stunning and powerful online presence for the Town of East Greenbush.

Ellen Pangburn is the dedicated and driven Town Clerk of East Greenbush, NY. We recently checked in with Pangburn, since the East Greenbush website officially went live six months ago. She detailed her experience with Revize and the positive impact the new town website has made: “From the very start, my coworker, Colleen Lallier, Director of Finance, and I have had a great experience working with Revize. Our first meeting was with Shawn Stewart back in July of 2023. Shawn made meeting via Zoom like meeting in person. He thoroughly went over all aspects with us in a comfortable manner. Our discussions about creating a new and enhanced website moved along quickly, and Shawn’s communication was excellent throughout the process. After signing a contract, our new and exciting project took off in stages. After Shawn, we were assigned different staff depending on which part of our project we were at. It was hard to get used to replying in portal at first instead of replying to email, however, it works so well! The entire team can see your progress, and someone is always there to help, even our project manager. I could list so many names! Everyone was so helpful, and each staff member almost got back to us too soon to move on to the next stage. Being extra (fun!) work for Colleen and me on top of our other work, it was hard at times to keep up with the efficiency of the way the Revize Team works.”
