The website has been live since August, and the feedback has been extremely positive.

Revize checked in with PIO Andrew Yousse five months after the launch. He shares, “The launch of the website has dramatically reduced the calls that our departments receive from citizens who are unable to find or navigate the website." The city noticed a reduction in calls and complaints and reduced foot traffic to physical departments, as the new website made the information more accessible and easily available to citizens. Yousse also expressed his appreciation for the customization capabilities that Revize provided, as it allowed the city to incorporate specific features tailored to its needs and vision. According to him, these capabilities are unique, and “no other company could really support that.”
