There are many pleasures to skiing. Downhill skiing or snowboarding between friends or family to get an incredible sense of freedom but above all, it awakens the appetite! What's better than taking a break in your program around a good hot wine or hot chocolate on a sunny terrace? This small welcome break allows fresh start in the snowy slopes!

After a busy day on the slopes to brave the cold and the effort, the French mountain cuisine provides a real comfort! Often based on potato, cheese and charcuterie, this gastronomy is a delight. Among the good little mountain dishes, we all love the raclette mixing cheese and charcuterie; From the Savoyard fondue in the same way as the dips our bits of bread or tartiflette to the good taste of reblochon, bacon and potato. Gone are guilt, these specialties are often heavy, but no matter, you are spent all day!
