Sta. Elena Construction & Development Corporation has several big projects on the way this 2020. First off is the Aspire One Plaza under Golden Bay Fresh Landholdings Inc. This project is a Php2-billion office building in Manila Bay Area, Pasay City.

Sta. Elena Construction is one of the companies enlisted by Golden Bay to complete the 3,500-square meter building. It will stand behind the developer’s food business called Golden Bay Fresh Seafood Restaurant. The restaurant is located along Diosdado Macapagal Boulevard.

Sta. Elena Construction works with Megawide Construction Corp., ASYA Design Partner, and Meinhardt Philippines, Inc. in completing the said project.

Sta. Elena Construction is no stranger to building projects in ASEANA City—it was its territory. It practically built 80% of the Entertainment City in Manila. The completed projects include Solaire Resort and Casino, City of Dreams, Manila Bay Resort, and Belle Grand Casino and Resort.

Today, the firm is a General Engineering (G.E.-1/G.E.-5) and General Building (G.B.-2). Thereby, it specializes in general constructions including offshore constructions, power plants, ports, harbors, airports, railways, horizontal structures such as highways, bridges, and buildings.

Sta. Elena Construction is also an AAA and Large B construction firm. It means that it is qualified to bid on billion-peso projects in the Philippines and other parts of the world. The firm has a capitalization of at least Php300 million.
